Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping Offer: There are no shipping costs for purchases over $100 (before taxes and shipped in the continental U.S.). Free shipping offer does not apply to previous purchases and is valid only on internet orders shipped via regular shipping (3-5 business days).  Shipping discounts are applied automatically at checkout. 

General Shipping Policies: All orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will ship within two business days. For all international inquiries, please email us at orders@dreamteambaby.com .

Sales Tax: There is no sales tax for customers outside of New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. Purchases made by customers within these states will be assessed their individual state sales tax.

Return & Exchange Policy: Dream Team Baby will happily accept merchandise returns for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. We only accept returns for items that have not been used, worn, altered or washed. Loveys are completely non-refundable. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Upon receipt of return goods, Dream Team Baby reserves the right to deny credit of merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. If you wish to make a return, please include a brief note with the reason for your return, along with your order number, name and address.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refunds will be credited according to the original purchase method. Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
